The purpose of My Essential Office Assistant is to provide businesses and entrepreneurs with online marketing and administrative support so that they can spend more time working with their clients on billable work to generate more revenues and run a successful business. 

 

Hello, my name is Barbara and I am the owner of My Essential Office Assistant.  I have been providing services for business people for over 10 years. 

 

Services are intended as core online marketing and administrative office support.

 

What this means is that we provide the services that are crucial to online marketing your business by:

  • creating and designing your website,

  • blog writing and posting,

  • maintaining profiles and writing posts on social media,

  • email marketing to create and send out newsletters and campaigns to your email subscribers,

  • and creating and designing basic promotional documents such as business cards, brochures, and flyers for handing out at networking events.

 

Core administrative support services include:

  • Typing and transcription any business documents

  • Writing business plans for bank loans or government grants

  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and data entry

  • Basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks Premier Accountant edition (all bookkeeping is completed in accordance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles up to the preparation of Trial Balance Report

  • Travel arrangements.

 

General administrative support including:

  • typing/transcription,

  • data entry,

  • appointment scheduling,

  • monitor voicemail messages,

  • coordinate travel arrangements,

  • contact management and database management,

  • prioritizing and managing email messages,

  • bill payments and invoicing,

  • photo and image colour enhancement, cropping and resizing,

  • manage and store files in Google Docs, OneDrive or Dropbox.
