Hello. I'm Barbara Gilbert, and I am the sole proprietor of My Essential Office Assistant. I started My Essential Office Assistant in 2007 as a virtual administrative support service for businesses and entrepreneurs. With advances in technology and the transition in the demands of clients from administrative support to website design and other digital marketing, my services have expanded. This business is my passion and my clients are extremely important to me. As a business owner myself, I understand the challenges and daily trials and tribulations that other business owners and entrepreneurs go through.
I have a B.A. and have further education in business administration, marketing, and website development. I love technology. It fascinates me. When I am not working on client projects, I am researching new tools of the trade and adding new software to my list. I continue to broaden my knowledge by taking advantage of new training opportunities to enhance my skills, expertise and specializations. I thrive on finding better, easier, more cost-efficient ways of doing things. I am ready and waiting to apply my outside-the-box thinking to get your business running more efficiently.
I have over 25 years' combined experience in the corporate environment and in running my own business.
